"I just painfully paid my insurance with Diane she's not my agent( I'm not sure of her title with State Farm).. I think Diane is AWESOME....she is ALWAYS SOOO KIND( even while I'm complaining about the cost of insurance) she is DEFINITELY A 10 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT.. Whenever I call the office and she answers I just give her my first name and she knows everything about me....talking about knowing your clients....the sad news is I've been with State Farm since I started driving at the age of 16...It would be nice IF State Farm would show their clients some form of appreciation......no claims filed in 6mo you get a discount.....so sad I pay more for my insurance than I pay for my mortgage"

"I had to change insurance companies because my rates were so high with State Farm. I tried to make contact multiple times in multiple different ways so that I was not charged. I was still charged and the person I spoke with on the phone said they were not aware that I had cancelled. I had record of the emails that I sent and resent on top of the letter that was physically mailed. I still have not been refunded the nearly $500 that they said I would be getting in 7-14 business days. I have emailed again to ask where my refund is and no one has gotten back to me. I certainly would t recommend this to any friends or family."

"I was referred to this location by a relative. Recently, I found out my relative agent is no longer with State Farm. At the same time, I thought I would be in safe hands due to who referred me and BOY was I wrong. I reached out to this location to get a quote for Home Owner's insurance. The agent I was working with name is Nya. I sent Nya the quote sent to me from another company by the name of ForeMost. We went over the policy together. I voiced my concerns and the coverage I was looking to obtain. One of the things I was concerned about was having 30 day coverage prior to moving because I was having light renovations completed before moving in. I was told by a ForeMost agent that I would need an Under Construction Endorsement. Again, I explained this to Nya. Nya addressed my concerns by sending me a better quote, with better coverage, and pricing. This quote included the Under Construction Endorsement. She assured me that I would be covered. She sent me a form for documentation of the new roof. I completed the form and sent it back promptly. I reached out to my previous ForeMost insurance agent and alerted them to cancel my policy and that I decided to go with State Farm. ForeMost cancelled my existing policy. Now that I have closed on my home, I was contacted by email that there is concerns about my policy. The 1st concern was the roof document (which I already sent before closing). The 2nd concern was the Under Construction Endorsement... Nya emailed me and stated, underwriting needs to know why you need an Under Construction Endorsement. I thought that was strange due to the fact I explained why from the beginning. However, I explained it again. Nya emailed me back and said "Underwriting said your policy is ineligible" for the endorsement. The Under Construction Endorsement is for having a home rebuilt from the ground up. My response was "I stated what & why I needed it. You told me the policy covered my needs. I wish you would have been honest with me before the policy was purchased". After my response.... CRICKETS!!!! Furthermore, I began to call the office.... CRICKETS again!!!! No one was answering the phone or responding to my emails, so I left a message on the answer machine. Evelyn called me back eventually and stated she was sorry & could she refer me to another company. I took the referral but the company(s) did not return my calls either. Someone told me to call another State Farm location. I did. The other location said that agent should have known that the Under Construction Endorsement is only for homes that are being rebuilt from the ground up and because I wasn't having that done I didn't need the endorsement. I called Evelyn location back... Again, crickets!!! I emailed Nya, again Crickets. I called from another number I got an answer. I asked to speak with Evelyn, I was told she's out of the office. I asked to speak to Nya, therefore I was forwarded to Nya. I tried to explain, I don't need the Endorsement. Nya then informed me that my policy was ineligible for coverage. I closed on my home Aug 7, 2024. All this time I thought I had insurance, guess what! I didn't and don't... And there is not nan person from Evelyn Jamison location/building going to state I am lying. I am on here to help anyone seeking coverage from this building to keep looking. If you want to take your chance with them, that's your choice but don't say I didn't tell you. Suppose you do get coverage, if you have issues or need to contact someone, good luck because you are on your own. And for those that are cool with the services provided... Guess what, you are one of the lucky ones!"

"Tiffany, I have had time to process your concerns and spoken with my team. I believe this was a misunderstanding as to what you were trying to accomplish. I truly apologize for the handling, inconvenience and frustration you experienced all around and wanted to extend a sincere apology for this experience. This is not normal, and a customer should have time to work with the office to achieve the goal. If you spoke to another State Farm office a common practice would have been the 2 agents discuss what had occurred and help the customer. Again, please accept the apology."

"When i first went to state farm Evelyn were nice and answered all my questions but now she never return my calls nor my emails. I haven't had a ticket nor an accident in years but somehow my premium goes up every 6 months. Last week I have called the office three times and not one person called me back. I can't no longer deal with this office."

"This is unfortunate Tracy. You have been a long time customer who would walk into the office to discuss any concerns. We would have still be happy to work through your concerns. We understand you did visit another agents office the same as you normally would do here and they referred you back to me. Rates are determined by the company in general based on many factors not in our control losses across the country, individual losses, location propensity, etc. We would like to retain your business. I personally have been in and out of the office due to family matters, but have licensed team members to help. Moving will not change rates, however we have over the years been there for you, explaining policies, looking at customer needs, etc. Please reconsider."
